The clients of this elegant Georgian townhouse required a completely new kitchen and to transform a laundry room on a slightly lower level, to be their new dining room.
The team raised the new dining room floor and structurally opened up the existing single doorway from the kitchen into the newly acquired dining area. Bespoke floor to ceiling storage was designed and installed across one end of the new dining room – enclosing a secret laundry area and useful household storage. New wooden flooring was installed to match the existing kitchen floor, a beautiful contemporary kitchen, white quartz worktops, elegant wall and island lighting – completed by a show stopping bespoke antiqued mirrored glass wall, stretching across the Aga backdrop wall. The complete effect created natural light, height and a crisp contemporary space, yet sympathetic to the building’s origins of symmetry and elegance. More images to come.
